I have participated in multiple events as an organiser and as a project leader and head of operations. By way of example, I coordinated all the deliveries and distribution of broadcasting equipment to multiple venues while working for the host broadcaster at the Olympics, and also organised 2 strategic sessions for external experts in an arctic city with very limited access.
Since 2014 I’ve been involved in the production and organisation of multiple international projects and have gained a lot of new experience in management of large teams and events. I’ve been leading the preparation of the main economic congresses across Russia and CIS, as well as Film Festival and other minor events in the UK. 13 years of work experience has taught me how to plan, set up processes and manage multiple tasks, how to delegate correctly, how to communicate effectively with a diverse variety of people, and the importance of keeping stakeholders happy with the results.
