Promoted in June 2016, my new role involves the smooth running of various processes and across the UK/IE/UAE region. This is a high-visibility role within the operations department, requiring

to support management and their decision making process.
• Own and develop structured and ad-hoc CRM Salesforce reporting to sales management where
required. Responsible for all Salesforce dashboard and report creation for UK and IE local sales
departments.
• Assisting the marketing team by identifying and creating mailing lists for targeted email marketing
campaigns. Following this, I assisted in providing insight into how effective the campaign was.

changes.

During university holidays, I held a position at BC legal which is a law firm that specialises exclusively in occupational disease litigation. My role at BC legal ranged from general office administrative tasks
to organising educational seminars and carrying out Case Management Software and Intranet
updates. With cases constantly changing, the organization of their Case Management System
(Peppermint Legal Practice CRM) within the firm was imperative and my role was to update the CMS,
the Intranet and the Risk Control files on a regular basis.

At University I was a keen member of MASS (Muscle and Athletics Sport Society) whereby I partook
in weight and cardio sessions 6 times a week. Furthermore, I created and distributed flyers to
advertise these sessions as well as using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to advertise.
Charity Work:
Together with family and friends I have organised two community jumble sales for a local charity. My
role to assist in gathering stock and to advertise the event to the community to ensure a strong
turnout. Both events were a success with almost three thousand pounds being raised over both
events.
