Starting out creating humorous Flash content for Bravo TV, to building an Experience Design team for a global bank, I've had the opportunity to learn, innovate and educate within an ever evolving industry. My passion for visually engaging, intuitive user experience has led me to explore and understand every stage of the process. This knowledge allows me to take a proposition and deliver the solution through creative problem solving and intelligent design. The briefs have included responsive, native, web apps, design systems and bespoke solutions for industry sectors including automotive, finance, insurance and retail. Providing team leadership, creative direction, user and stakeholder engagement, across such a diverse range of projects, allows me to share knowledge across markets, bringing fresh thinking, ways of working and challenge the status quo. This experience has been gained both clientside, including roles at Barclays, Argos and Just Eat, and agencies like AKQA, R/GA and Imagination, delivering products for the likes of Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Sony, Nike and Samsung. Additionally, I've sat on the judging panel at New Designers, and as judge of the Innovation in Design Award, at the Ravensbourne Degree Show, compèred a number of employee awards ceremonies, and presented interactive talks on UX design topics. As part of Transform's ongoing engagement with Avon, they briefed me with designing a
JUL - AUG 2018 new mobile first web app, exclusively for the Avon Reps. I had 5 weeks to understand their
unique business model and the variety of routines of the reps. Using this knowledge, I
produced high fidelity task flows, mapping out the product features. The final week was spent in the testing lab with reps, iterating and validating hypothesis before delivery.

ANALOG FOLK Analog Folk have an ongoing relationship with HSBC, providing creative production and SEP - OCT 2017 management of the bank's design system. I stepped in to the Design Lead role as an interim
cover, and worked on site at the HSBC Design Office. Our team collated UI samples from across the business, and broke down the components and patterns, which we documented,
non-branded, stripping back the visual styling, with detailed annotations.
I also sat on the HSBC Brand Council weekly review, validating all new design work.

REASON/ADAPTIVE The brief was to build a web application supporting the end to end process of CofcoAgri's
APR 2016 - JUN 2017 global commodities trading business.
I worked on site at Adaptive, and at Cofco's Geneva HQ. I collaborated with a team of BAs,
running whiteboard sessions to solve complex business processes. Using Sketch, I worked
directly with final artwork. I presented the screens to the stakeholders in Geneva using
Invision. Initially, faced with a belligerent client, we built a great dynamic, allowing me to introduce ideas from other markets.

year the design team grew from just the 3 of us to over 70 UX and UI designers!
Initially my role was very hands on, but as the team grew my duties shifted towards
management, resourcing, outsourcing and stakeholder engagement, alongside UX and UI
direction, and delivery of numerous projects.
During this time I was invited to join a panel at the Design Council looking at the positive
impact of design methodology, as well as judge the Ravensbourne College award for
Innovation, sat on the judging panel for New Designers 2013, and won the Moneyfacts
award for Innovation in Finance, for the Barclays Homeowner app.
