I am a competent fast typist with excellent spelling, grammar and computer skills and experienced in audio transcription and typing check in/check out and inventory reports for property inventory clerks. I also have experience of typing snagging reports for building inspectors and Home Buyer valuation reports.
I have previous experience of working with data entry and entering data into databases, updating mailing lists and copy typing and have very good customer service experience and a good eye for detail.
I have worked in an admin/clerical/customer service role for over 20 years and am extremely hard working and reliable. I work to tight deadlines unsupervised and I am available to work between the hours of 8.30 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

My office duties included entering and updating stock information on the Epos Till system and ensuring all tills were kept up to date and in good working order. Answering the telephone and handling customer enquiries, typing of correspondence, filing and producing a quarterly newsletter.
I also produced price labels for plants and products sold on the nursery and was responsible for the ordering of all labels, stationery and HTA National gift vouchers and gift voucher redemptions.
