I'm offering
Hi, I’m Romina, a UX/UI and visual designer who strives to create frictionless user experiences that help elevate brands. Since I’ve always been fascinated by: how the brain works, passionate about psychology, and the power of our mindset; combining these with
my experience in visual design, I decided to further develop my skills in Human-centered design, as a UX designer.
I enjoy evolving products with a creative touch and user-centred focus. With a work history rooted in brand and marketing, I’ve been helping established businesses in the healthcare, tech, and fashion industries. I’ve gained diverse experience from helping them improve their digital presence by using a user-centered design principles and aligning business goals
and creative thinking
I’m passionate about pushing products to the next level through a design process that includes data-backed user research, rapid iteration, and visually stunning user-focused UI.
As a designer, I believe it’s important to design for people’s needs and to encourage them to take action by making them aware of all the possibilities and perspectives.

BBH.
My Role | Being part of the health department at BBH I was the lead designer on a few of their main accounts looking after their branding and digital experiences:

I was responsible for leading the start-to-end process of creating Roche Ophthalmology's unbranded disease awareness campaign platform, in collaboration with the creative team and external engineering agency. job
Freelance Product Designer
Joro Experiences.
My Role | As a product designer, I had to present to the business all of the user research as well as helping them to understand how their customers are browsing and what are the challenges for the business to get more leads on board. Implementing all the findings to a solution that can help the business to expand its o ring.
Project | Corporate leadership retreat - get leads to sign in
Brief:
How Joro Experiences can work with corporate clients to build bespoke trips/retreats or as a potential product.
Approcah
I’ve deep dive to clearly understand what are the stakeholder’s expectations and needs. Finding out the key challenges they’ve had in the past. As well as identifying
the real problems their customers are facing on the way. I’ve managed the process of recruiting and interviewing their potential customers. While conducting the whole
research phase, the key step that helped me define the overall site solution was the decision behavior diagram mapping. This helped me to prioritise all content features based on their customer’s decision behaviour and need.
