• Responsible for the day to day operational and strategic finance-focused activity in line with IFRS/GAAP standards and the main point of contact for all finance-related matter for their global office network across Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East.
• Ensured adherence to the company's strategic vision and act as a business partner to the executive management team.
• Advised on financial implications and consequences of business decisions, challenge assumptions and ensure financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
• Compliance to the organisation's internal rules and standards, regulations and statutory compliance for global entities including relevant returns and coordination of the annual audit.
• Responsible for the management of financial reporting on a monthly and annual basis and the yearly statutory returns, including tax and VAT.
• Managed a close working relationship with the banks and external advisers.
• Prepared and added commentary to regular trading performance reports and other KPI analytics.
