• Organising the company by finding new ways to compete with competitors,

• QC - Main JOB: Quality Controller - using a system to log staff jobs of every e-liquid produced, daily! Key to this was finding errors before going out of factory, ensuring traceability of who did the jobs for future in the case of complaint.
• IT: Computer tech - installing computers, computer setups, applications, also using a scanning system to turn all e-liquid documents paperless and all on to system, new method to ease all jobs produced, linked to quality checks. Also using different software's and different machines such as for labelling.
• Shipments: Delivery driver, - Shipping out orders of stock daily from factory, this is finding pricing, address, booking using different couriers, ensuring correct use of dispatch labels, use of different shipping software, Royal Mail, TNT HMT. Booking methods different used, online, phone and email.
• Accounts: paperwork also organized, invoices, statements, tax, debt paperwork.
• Marketing database: created to help identify potential customer and clients including suppliers easily with all contact information on one log.
• Warehouse operations: Worked on factory floor when required as would the supervisor to carry out jobs quickly and efficiently, opening new deliveries, organizing bottles from one box to one big one. Packing side experienced in before sending out deliveries and opening new deliveries. Pallets, boxes used.
