I am an independent business consultant who helps trades businesses overwhelmed with sales, insert structure into their business so that they take control of everything, and can then subsequently grow.

I show how to set up and self manage financial control through simple bookkeeping software so the owner understands precisely how they are doing as they are going along, but then I also show how to implement operational software into the business so the business can expand, yet still remain in control of quoting, prices, scheduling, staff, projects, contractors, suppliers, etc...

I am a certified Xero advisor and a partner for a product called SimPro http://**********.**) that is at the heart of all this.

I look to work with tradespeople specifically as they nearly always seem to have an abundance of work that just needs managing correctly. I see lots of people who are very busy but can’t grow as they don’t have the systems in place to manage everything. They end up turning away work so never move forward.

I can work with any business owners who fit this profile of being are very busy and may even appear to be doing well, but need an improved structure in place to help them manage their growth.
