I am a punctual Year 12 student in Sixth Form at The McAuley Catholic High School, with a great attendance record throughout school history, which has developed me towards having great punctuality skills and time keeping. By fulfilling the role of managing director at my schools Young Enterprise team, I have achieved greater skill in leadership and operating a team effectively to gain results. This has been exercised on numerous occasions due to my role within the Army Cadet Force, of which I am a ranked member, which often requires me to take charge of the cadets in the activities they carry out. Furthermore, being a part of the Army Cadet Force for over 2 years has really enhanced my communications and teamwork skills and really helped me achieve clearer communication and effective team work in practical situations when working in Church; helping at the Youth Group, but also in very team based activities that appeared at NCS.
