Commission included concept architecture (delivered by local company), interior design and space planning. Masterplanning concepts were applied as part of the design, to break down the large scale of the space.

The Hub Refectory, University of Glasgow, Glasgow 2004
6500sqm addition and alteration of the existing University refectory building. This project involved the complete refurbishment of the existing building back to shell as well as an increase in floor area through additions to the rear of the building and one additional floor. The brief consisted of a complex mixture of food courts, restaurants and cafes, main and back of house commercial kitchens, and large retail component. The building sits within a conservation area with key interfaces with the city urbanscape and major listed University buildings.
