One of 5 branches in London, and one of the newest. Zing Zing won "Best Chinese Takeaway in the UK" 2017 and after 2 Crowdcube campaigns they have overfunded on both occasions
In this role:
- I have achieved a 4-star food safety rating through EHO (Environmental Health Officer), ensuring all colleagues were working safely and complying with all food safety guidelines at all time, as well ensuring all staff were signed off on various food safety training (COSHH, First aid, Food Allergen & Food Safety Level 2).
- I have increased sales on average by 5k per week with on-going local marketing campaigns by working very closely with the PR & Marketing team and coming up with strategies on how to increase sales and brand awareness within a certain vicinity. This included various promotional online and in-store offers and door to door marketing;
- I oversee all daily operations of a fast paced, Chinese takeaway;
- Leading a team of 15-20 part-time & full-time staff;
