● Engaged as Transition Director to manage the return of ICT, R&B and Finances services back to a large City Council, working with a number of incoming 3rd party suppliers who form part of the new disaggregated SIAM model of service delivery. This work includes the transformation of a number of services as part of the transition, including moving applications to the cloud (e.g. Lagan and Northgate's Info@Work), implementing a new Service Desk tool (ServiceNow) and migrating email (Outlook) to a new HCI environment.
● Latterly appointed to take on the additional Client Director role, managing BAU operations (service management, service desk, applications support, deskside, datacentre services and backend services, including security management) delivered by 65 staff.
● One year contract now extended for a further six months.
