◦ The transition of the mission-critical SAP systems from legacy infrastructure into a secure cloud on schedule and within budget.
◦ Upgrade of the global WAN without down-time, entailing working with a variety of third parties across five countries to tight timescales.
◦ Pilot transition to O365 as an "Agile" project.
