Creative Director with proven experience. Worked at 141 London (Bates) as CD on the BAT account delivering F1 and MotoGP sponsorship launch tool-kits, European Duty Free (whilst it was legal), and was worldwide Creative Director on below the line and Experiential initiatives which included a record-breaking Chinese Dragon, a Ministry of Sound tour of China and re-launching Lucky Strike in the UK. It wasn't all cigarettes there either - I was responsible for the massive lift in GameBoy consoles (via a Halifax promotion) and proudly displayed my Birmingham heritage with a campaign for Midland beer Brew XI.

After 141 London I set up an agency with the ex-Chairman of 141 - Peter Crossing at CDP called Crossing O'Sullivan helping clients such as Price WaterHouse Coopers take their first initiative steps into the World Wide Web (yes, it was a bit like that) and Panasonic take their first foray into the viral possibilities of the internet.

We took that agency elsewhere when CDP closed its doors and worked with great clients including Virgin Mobile, Allied Domecq, Papa John's pizza and The Ace Café.

For the last five years I was Creative Director at the Bureau (Proximity London's agency within an agency) in charge of accounts that needed the love but not the dwell time - rapid, agile work for clients such as P&G, TVL, The Guide Dogs, Halifax and Lloyds.

I left there in January 2019 and I am looking for another opportunity to show my qualities: how I can work in a responsible manner - showcasing my creative flair; my big ideas(or small ideas) and my strategic thinking.

I am great at working to a tight deadlines as I make pragmatic assessments (and I'm quick on the concepts front). I am a problem solver that can work around seemingly hamstrung opportunities. I'll develop teams - client leads and producers as well as fellow creatives. I'm responsible with budgets and disciplined with timings and I connect and work brilliantly with clients.
