In this role I work as a transcriber. This involves receiving audio or video files from clients and transcribing what is spoken. I do both verbatim and non-verbatim work. Part of my job includes proofreading and editing AI-generated transcripts to ensure they accurately capture the content. This requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to focus for long periods of time and a good knowledge of grammar.
