For this role, I was approached by Pedal Me to come and work for them. This role has given me a large amount of responsibility and opportunities to develop my skills in a variety of ways. As Head of Operations, I oversee and manage the operational functions within the business. I have contributed by developing and implementing various operations processes to create structure, improve efficiency and allow for the reduction in errors. Other areas I have sort to take on are sales and securing new deals with various types of customers. I have not constrained myself to what is expected, I have always sort to seek new developments in different areas when they're needed and, in some cases, before they are needed. This role has given me the freedom to see what is needed and act quickly to make sure the business functions to its highest level.

Caterwings.
Fresh out of University I received the opportunity to work for Caterwings as first a Live Operations associate, to which I later progressed to Operations Associate. Within this role, I was initially in charge of managing the Live orders and communicating with the various logistics providers that were being used. I took it upon myself to analyse the errors and spot recurring issues to which solutions could then be developed to resolve these. I progressed to overseeing the whole of the logistics areas by managing the relationships with all the providers and developing new ones and seeking other opportunities. Throughout this role, I was able to demonstrate a wide range of skills which I had acquired throughout my life.
