Get the basics right first! This goes all the way from how your site looks and how easy it is to navigate for customers, through to the how and where your data connects together. These are skills that I have developed and sharpened over the last 10 years in digital marketing. It may sound crazy as the digital world is constantly evolving, with the likes of A.I and personalisation but if you don't have the right foundations in place, then the above will (I'm sorry to say) only ever be dreams!

I pride myself on putting customers first and using data (yes it doesn't lie!) to support and build marketing strategies, that will not only optimise user experience but also focus on achieving the overall objective. Whether that be customer acquisition or retention, I have strong skills that can look at end to end journey's and from that address where efficiencies or new initiatives could be implemented.

Recent projects I have completed is an integration of a new product feed platform for one of the UK's largest retailers. From auditing the process through to pitching as well as project managing the implementation of the technology, the new feed provider has shown double-digit sales growth for Google Shopping and Social Dynamic Retargeting.

I have also implemented Mention Me (a referral technology) for a luxury UK fashion brand whose objective was to acquire new customers. Through A/B testing of initiatives and offers, I was able to drive new customers for the brand within 3 months of launch.
