I am passionate about writing, and inspiring others reach their goals in health and fitness. I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, with a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from The College of Naturopathic Medicine. This was a three year course that includes 200 hours of clinical practice, the highest amount to any accredited diploma. My particular interests lie in women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, cognitive function and will assist in issues such as blood sugar imbalances, low energy levels and the detrimental effects of stress on the body.

In my previous role, I had extensive experience in copywriting due to contributing to an online blog, and writing about various health, nutrition, wellness and fitness topics. Additionally, I have experience writing SEO articles where I would work closely with the Marketing team. Through this role, I acquired a good knowledge of content, researching current trends and working to deadlines. Due to the nature of a small company, in my previous role it was important to work at a fast pace; however, to also have high attention to detail and to be pro-active.
