I held the position of Executive Head of Infrastructure and IT Operations. I oversaw information technology for the group. I was responsible for IT business acquisitions and technical due diligence, IT strategy, IT project delivery, staff management and development. I drove adoption of technology within the group as well as leading IT process and service integration within the groups subsidiary companies. I was Technical Project Lead on +- £116M IT services transition project. I Formulated a group wide IT strategy, which fed into the go-to-market strategy for the AYO group of companies. I Set up 3 offices, including a fully-fledged 24/7 service desk. I employed over 30 technical engineers to service a major customer. I Helped shape the organisational structure of AYO. I Managed over 50 staff and managers. I also got involved in sales and pre sales with a strong focus on the customers needs.
