Nursery Teacher Assistant
Kaizen Primary School.
In year 10 I was asked by my old school to do a one-week work experience. I have chosen to do some experience in nursery because I wanted to experience something different then I would ever have wanted to do. During this work experience I have communicated with the kids and their parents and I have developed my responsibility skill by ensuring that all of the kids are safe and I carefully take care of them and make them happy. I have also developed my listening skills when the teacher was helping me out with things I had to do in the role of an assistant by explaining things to me. I have adapted to the work very quickly and this is due to all of the support from the teachers and kids as well. They have treated me as an adult, and this is what made me feel responsible for others.
