As you can see from my CV I have worked in depth with many IT and Telecommunications and network systems where I have built, maintained, managed and repaired them at a high standard.
I have experience with addressing what an (AEU) affected end user/customer needs. I do this by asking the correct questions so I can get the information required to then either provide the solution or pass them on to the correct resolver group required. Below are examples of systems/and processes I have used.
Active Directory - Re-setting user account passwords, user group management and fault finding for user issues relating to user accounts,checking group policy's
Exchange sever - Looking into user Active Sync issues with their exchange accounts and rectifying any problems. (Previous Contract)
Encryption - (BeCrypt & Symantec) Installation of encryption on client devices. Encryption resets after user identification when required. (Previous Contract)
Operating System - Win XP, Win 7 and Win 10 installation and updates. Daily use of all 3 operating systems at work and home.
Hardware Work stations - Fault finding on various makes and models, replacing component (mother board, RAM, PSU etc.) parts and re-build either via HDD or Network.
Hardware Printers - Fault finding on Xerox printers, Replace components (fuser, imaging units, maintenance kits etc.) and re-install. Lock down of printers to required classification.
Cable patching/tracing and fault finding - If users/sites have network issues finding the cause and either repairing the issue or liase with the relevant resolver group.
Remote Workstation rebuilds - configuring DHCP to workstation to built for certain state or software that's required.
