I have been in Ecommerce for the past 7 years, working for UK major brands http://*******.***; Agent Provocateur & Topman) as Online Trading Manager.
I was in charged of the commercial and CRM strategies and responsible for the good tech functionality of the websites. I worked closely with marketing, UX and tech teams.
I became a freelance in October 2019 working for both UK and FR brands. I mainly help my clients to identify their issues with conversion rates and improve their customer experience.
I do the 3 following tasks:
1/ Website UX & conversion audit:
I identify elements that can be a barrier to purchase or contact, looking at the following areas:
- Global and brand perception
- Navigation, user journey, checkout
- Content quality
- Visual merchandising
- Internal search (tool and results page)
- Services (e.g: delivery/payement)
- Policy & GDPR
Once the UX audit is complete, there is a list of actionable tasks. Some of these tasks might be ready to go straight into development and others may need to go into a UX change where I design, prototype and user test it.
2/ Post audit actions:
I implement actions identified during an audit, working alongside different teams (graphic designer, developer, copywriter...).
I also offer weekly site management (content update, calendar for commercial operations; data analysis with Google Analytics or Omniture).
3/ CRM:
I support brands in the development of personalised email sequences for all stages of the purchasing/contact process (post-purchase; welcome email; cart abandonment ...)
- Analysis of the existing data.
- Definition of the new CRM strategy and objectives
- Creation of segments and implementation of flows.
- Email design and content writing.
- Analysis of KPIS and creation of reports.

linked to the Christmas offers.
