Responsible for developing product vision, strategy and roadmap to transform debt management operations.
Devised and led a range of new opportunity workshops with senior management team to consider how transformational technologies such as open banking, artificial Intelligence and omni-channel communications could lead to new ways of working with clients and key stakeholders as well as improving operational efficiency.
Developed high level microservices architecture framework and associated costing model (budget in excess of £5M).
Designed new workflows to enable 3,000 collections and hundreds of volunteers to photograph and submit images to Art UK.
Researched, design and introduced new digital asset management services for Art UK (based on AWS cloud storage) and integration with Art UK’s collection and content management systems.
Integration with and supply of high resolution images to the Art UK shop (ecommerce marketplace).
Designed and developed new web/mobile based systems with complex integration to existing (legacy) collections information and digital asset management systems.
Introduced new hybrid cloud image storage and associated workflows and 3 way integration between AWS image store, iBase DAM and MIMSY CMS.
Developed detailed specifications for new platforms (data and image management) and part of SMG tender selection process.
Overall responsibility for project delivery following design & procurement sign off - management of 3 internal systems developers and 3 external suppliers.
