Within my role I lead strategy for our larger clients (currently Zoopla, Disney, Yamaha) ensuring that our thinking is sharp and robust, as well as leading pitches for new business. Successfully gaining traction from PAH to co-develop a new Disney pets wholesale brand for UK and Europe distribution. Developed the commercial proposition, brand identity, innovative new product portfolio and architecture.
YO! Sushi (Hospitality):
Developed a new UK strategy for YO! Sushi, including development of insights into eating habits and relationship to YO!, resulting in the development of new restaurant formats, new food menus and brand and portfolio architecture based on new acquisitions in the UK and abroad.
Discovery (sVoD):
Defined and developed a 'car enthusiast' quantitative segmentation cross 4 countries, to help them launch and target car enthusiasts with their Motor Trend proposition. Identified areas of new
commissioning to attract new audience and cater to local needs across the different countries
Yamaha (Consumer Products):
Led and developed a product innovation project in the headphones category, with a focus on the US and
Western European markets. Developed 4 big future opportunity areas for them in headphones and developed and tested 6 concept products, two of which are currently in product development and production.
Zoopla (Property):
Led a high profile project within Zoopla, as part of their transformation efforts. Defining the drivers of preference for property portals, then developing insights from consumers on what would differentiate Zoopla form Rightmove, ultimately developing their new customer value proposition currently being executed through their comms, product and partnerships.
