As an innovator in tacit/implicit learning and development, I innovated Cafe Style Coaching Activities. This is a bite-size experiential group learning method that is designed to develop 'pull' not 'push' learning; it is transformational and enables learning to accelerate. I have also innovated a new microcoaching method, again experiential and have built an app (Mind Warrior XP) to enable the development of new workplace skills in only 60-90 seconds a day.
