The company worked with a number of Major Telcos in the UK and AsiaPac and its technology was used worldwide by STA Travel Group for 3 years and in the UK by part of NHS Procurement.
Presence Networks was backed by a mix of Angel and Institutional funding.
Remuneration package: (agreed with Investment Board) total circa £120K + Stock. I was forced to close the company when a deal with BT and a US VC fell through due to nervousness about Microsoft's intentions following its acquisition of Skype in 2011. We had been negotiating for PNL to licence its Networker technology to Skype for business customers and to take over BT's US Carrier Messaging business.

• Designing one of the first B2B Unified Comms Systems (NetWorker)
• Raising over £3m funding from start-up
• Developing system to meet compliance requirements, good UX etc.
• Recruiting and motivating a sales team in AsiaPac- Japan, Hong Kong and Australia
