• Programming events and activities.
• Logistical planning, risk management and safeguarding.
• Building a countywide referral and service delivery network.
• Recruiting, managing and supporting colleagues (including 21 Apprentices).
• Supporting project beneficiaries to design, develop, deliver and impact assess their own projects and initiatives focused on interest, need or place.
• Establishing an emergent culture of co-creation, co-governance and co-delivery across a broad community of stakeholders.
• Planning and implementing evidence-based changes to the project over multiple evolutions.
• Accessing match funding and leveraging cross-sector partnerships.
• Reporting to and supporting Advisory Board activities.
• Contract reporting 'up' to BIG Lottery.
• Contract managing sub-contractors.
• Influencing practice and contributing to the learning achieved by the Talent Match programme at a National Level.
• Unlocking funding for legacy activities and initiatives.
