I'm a comms professional with five
years' experience both agency and in-
house, covering internal and external
comms. I love what I do.
I design, develop, deliver and measure campaigns that engage,
inspire and create advocacy amongst BT's 100,000 employees
globally.
I have a thoughtful, strategic mindset and like to understand both the audience and 'bigger picture' before
jumping in to a project (when time allows!). Above all, with the large
amount of content we all see daily, l

Working with colleagues in the campaigns team, in-house
production and channel teams and internal comms teams to ensure consistent roll out of campaigns across the business

In July I took voluntary redundancy from BT to spend the summer
volunteering and travelling.
Outside of work, I'm part of 'Net Club
7' - a local netball team, and enjoy
cooking, long walks with my gorgeous
rescue dog, and most recently,
wedding planning!

over 80% of our global workforce to reduce their plastic impact.

charity campaign. It also won the People's Choice trophy at the BT
Marketing Awards, and was shortlisted for a CIPR Excellence award for best CSR campaign.
Taking over delivery of our Challenge Cup campaign - a pan-BT
tournament that empowers and motivates people across the company to deliver brilliant projects that improve the customer experience. This
year, over 6,000 people took part in 42 countries, with projects
