development consultant for an organisation promoting microcredit schemes.
This exciting, hands-on experience gave me a <irst glimpse into what it would
be like to work as a consultant. It was a great privilege to be a part of such a
project still in its developing stage and working alongside experienced
professionals to improve the programme's effectiveness. I gained valuable
perspective on the role of management in catalysing ground-level
entrepreneurial endeavours.
