• Event Management - developed a plan of monthly events to increase football at the company's London showroom, targeting the local architectural and design community. • Line Management - experience of recruiting and directly managing members of the Marketing team including a Marketing Administrator, Showroom Manager, Design Manager and Junior Designer. This involved setting KPIs and monthly 1-2-1s to help ensure everyone was reaching their full potential.
• Product - building relationships and working closely with the Design & Development team in The Netherlands and managing the product portfolio and NPD schedule to ensure maximum effectiveness of product launches.
