I have been working as a Data Analyst for a number of years now, and have used excel, VBA, SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, IBM Cognos Analytics and more to create and maintain spreadsheets, forecasting, budgeting, pipelines, profit and loss reports, KPI's, data visualisation, charts and graphs and running adhoc analysis. At my last contract role I worked for a book publishing company in the operations department as the sole business analysis for the sales team. I was responsible for the migrating and reconciliation of the data from an old system to a newer version of IBM Cognos analytics. For this project I ran gap analysis to find the gaps in the new version of Cognos. I redesigned all of the 100 plus reports for the UK single handed. Ran tests to check accuracy. I then recheduled the reports to staff and clients. After I had done this I then ran webinars to train staff on the new system and created a short handbook for shortcuts on the new system. I have contracted for many Investment Banks over the years, at the most recent Bank I was responsible for the weekly forecasting, and reporting (using Salesforce, excel and powerpoint) to create and present the pipeline, forecasting etc to the executive board. I was also responsible for the maintenance of the Salesforce new client, and existing client administration. In this position I also reported into the Head of Marketing where I was responsible for google analytics.
I have worked as a contract Executive Assistant for Managing Directors in Investment Banks for a number of years. I have gain a wide range of skills during this time, such as diary management, inbox maintenance, travel and expense, software and video conference bookings and more. I have also had experience of business management and also large projects such as trade floor desk moves for 600 people plus. Which I organised the floor plan moves, software orders, ordering of new hardware, and dealer board moves etc.
I have been using Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur, Visio to an advanced level.
I have also had good experience communicating with staff and clients of all levels.
