- Handling Design and Artworking for clients such as HSBC, Adidas, EDF, V&A and P&O.
- Scanning on Flatbed and Drum Scanners, extensive retouching, colour correction, manipulation and restoration of images.
- Staff management.
- Organising production workflow, day to day scheduling of new and existing projects.
- General administration duties, staff training, stock control and management, material ordering, developing backup system, implementing cost efficiencies, assisting Directors with appraisal of other staff members within department.

- Working on exhibitions for photographers and individuals, such as Terry Oneil, Rankin, Gered Mankowitz, Mario Testino and Nick Knight, including scanning, retouching and output of images.
- Beta testing the latest technology for major suppliers and then producing samples
for them to show the possibilities they can achieve.
