Ozo.Nokia.com (US)
The Ozo-Nokia project was one of the first projects to be jointly executed by Sapient and Razorfish India. As the lead for the Razorfish team on this engagement, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Sapient teams in Bangalore and SFO. In addition to making sure that the basic health metrics of the project were taken care of, one of the main focus areas was ensuring a seamless integration between both the teams and projecting a unified view to the end customer.
D-Mart (India)
Led the Commerce Strategy and UX Engagement for D-Mart's new eCommerce venture. The project involved working closely with the senior management team to formalize their multi-channel Commerce strategy. I also oversaw the activities during the UX engagement, which consisted of defining and creating the user experience for their mobile and desktop apps.
ABOF.com (India)
Led the team that worked on the UX strategy and Experience design for ABOF's desktop, and native apps.
As a part of the engagement I led the discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews and provided strategic inputs in the areas of interaction design and material design.
Million Carats (Japan)
Led the India Operations of the team that built and delivered the Million Carats Commerce portal on Hybris within a record time of 2 months.
The project had significant risks, which included a very aggressive timeline, a complex distributed team spread across different time zones and lack of clarity in terms of user requirements and use cases.
The project required us to stay on top of things not only pertaining to India operations but the overall global team and ensuring that all teams were meeting their respective commitments.
Constant follow-ups, the right prioritizing of tasks and frequent review meetings with the teams and stakeholders ensured the site going live on the planned launch date.

Experian Autocheck (USA)
Experian Autocheck was the first Hybris project to be delivered by our newly established Hybris practice.
I played a key role in ensuring proper Agile practices were implemented and followed. Setting-up of the weekly PMO calls to review the progress on the project and discussing and helping unblock the US and Indian teams helped ensure a successful implementation of this project.
Google's Great Online Shopping Festival (India)
Google launched a nation wide initiative called the Great Online Shopping Festival wherein over 90+ eCommerce stores in India came together to offer deals and discounts on a single day of 12-12-2012. We built the main gosf site with a SLA for 100% uptime and ability to support peak traffic of about 6 million visits. The portal was built from the ground up on a unique Architecture that did away with the need of a database or web server. The entire site was infinitely scalable with redundancy built across different geographical zones.
KIA Motors (USA)
KIA Motors' USA site was one of the first projects within Razorfish to use the newly launched AngularJS Framework to build a fully Responsive site on top of Team Site CMS.
The project required me to work very closely with the delivery team mentoring the team, writing and reviewing code, discussing the architecture of modules and establishing best practices.

FarmFreshToYou:
FarmFreshToYou is a large CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) operating out of California.
The project involved building an end-to-end solution which integrates the frontend Magento Enterprise store with a Grails based ERP system and a CRM application. My role involved overseeing the teams that worked on integrating and customizing the Magento Enterprise Store, and building the communication layer that enabled Magento to talk to the backend ERP and CRM systems.
