Responsibilities:
§ Governance: PMO set-up - defining and building policies and procedures. Drove governance methodology adoption
and monitored project & programme policy/process adherence. Put in place the programme board and steering
group and provided/recorded all project documentation for both meetings.
§ Resource Management: Worked closely with HR to manage the on-boarding of new resources including organising
inductions and setting colleagues up with required accesses as well as training new resources on the use of PMO

§ Meetings: Deputised for programme director at governance meetings and responsible for the production of minutes. Scheduled and facilitated project meetings including weekly project and RAID meetings.
§ Planning: Created and updated project plans on MSP. Consolidated project plans into the programme plan and maintained the programme plan. I monitored key activities, milestones, dependencies and critical path on
programme level. Worked with SMEs and PMs to set priorities, capture requirements, estimate scope for costing
and scheduling into the overall programme plan during planning workshops.
§ Stakeholder Management: Related with and attended to all stakeholder enquiries on the programme on a day-to-
day basis. Provided decision support for sponsors, decision makers and stakeholders.
§ RAID Management: Owned and maintained the programmes risks, issues, assumptions and dependency logs.
§ PMO Ad-Hoc: Performed ad-hoc and administrative activities for the PMO, projects meetings and workshops. Built
internal and external relationships, maintained relevant internal networks to share knowledge and build the capability of the PMO.
§ Reporting: Worked with PMs to generate projects' status reports. Ensure Leads have completed status reports to the standards set by the programme, and that the status reports are published as per the programme timelines.

§ Communication: Proactively facilitated communication/information exchange between members of the programme
