agile processes to support an engineering led business, responsibilities include:
● Planning platform releases from engineering for both internal teams and external partners; this increased
the releases to once every 8 weeks.
● Process change management role; introducing and evangelising agile process where required and supporting
the evolution of those processes. This delivered increased understanding of the release process for all driving
efficiency within the business.
● Identifying and managing and prioritising dependencies across the development teams as well as the organisation; enabling more effective teams through reuse of knowledge and shared understanding of goals.
● I introduced a regular product board enhancing the communication between Engineers and the business to encourage understanding of the on-going work and the impact of business decisions.
● Successfully managed and delivered an android music application within the agreed timelines and budget;
this achieved a launch to the Android market place and was the first of the mobile offerings for the service.
● Managed several Engineering teams (2-5 engineers per team), using Agile and Scrum Master approaches; to ensure regular and beneficial software increments are delivered to partners and service users. This enhanced
