rebuilding, site Health, Safety and Wellbeing including asbestos removal, engagement with
local Council Planning Department, specialist consultants and neighbouring companies (Rolls Royce Nuclear Submarines and Severn Trent Water). Reporting to Board Directors and negotiation with on-site departmental heads. The redevelopment split into three separate
areas - multi-storey office refurbishments including creation of a new car park, erection of tower (pylon) training area, and new warehouse and stores for Plant & Logistics Department, with new surfacing, signage and other finishing as required across the site. All on schedule
and on budget. Included renegotiating a deal in Eire (improved by approximately £106,000).
