I have been working for 30 years in a wide range of consultancy assignments that have taken me to over 20 countries. For many years I worked with Huthwaite International as an associate delivering a wide range of programmes including SPIN selling programmes. In recent years it is supporting technical and specialist staff to develop commercial skills that I have found the most rewarding. This work plays to my best strengths. It involves coaching and training highly skilled technical staff who are required to improve their commercial and account management and negotiating skills. This often challenges staff to move out of their comfort zone.
I have gained a TEFL qualification and am teaching English and mentoring refugees on a voluntary basis.
