I'm offering
I am a Marketing Manager and Designer with extensive experience from a career spent in both commercial and agency realms. I have a wide range of B2C/B2B experience from face to face customer time on the shop floor, to the planning and production of multi-platform marketing material delivered both physically and digitally. Over my working life I have built a wealth of experience in assisting clients with their strategic objectives and ambitions. I am able to work successfully both as part of a team and independently on projects.
For the past 12 months, due to an illness in my family, I have been working part-time with a team project managing strategic office moves within Cornwall Council’s office estate. I have also been able to put any spare time to good use raising over £12,000 for a local hospital charity who we have found ourselves involved with.

2002 - 2011
job
Dealership Manager
St Ives Motor Company.
This was my family business at which I worked along with my brother as our father had planned to retire. As part of the senior management team I was directly responsible for all areas of the main site of what was a very busy Ford franchised dealership, overseeing purchasing, marketing, planning department budgets, sales targets and the employment welfare of 25 staff, across 2 retail sites selling over 50 cars a month, along with a workshop, bodyshop and a petrol forecourt.
We negotiated the sale of the site in 2011 and I left the business. (My father still hasn't fully retired!)

1998 - 2002
job
Commercial Sales Manager
Café Mambo.
In 1997 I set up a multimedia company, FUSE101, along with two partners. During the time I worked with them, we built up an extensive client base including HSBC Offshore and Guernsey Telecoms. In many cases we orchestrated our customers' very first online presence, as well as working on and pioneering a wider range of, what was then, New Media projects including the first networked webcams on beaches for a website we set up, called Beachheads, and the first 24hr streamed webcast from Ibiza, which we set up in Café Mambo.
We sold the company in 2002.
