As a contractor, I provide advice to companies to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and maximize business efficiency and profitability, within the digital & marketing sector. I chose to start this business as I was doing a lot of educational & analysis pieces for local businesses, so I wanted to give myself some more legitimacy.
As a marketer, the more brands I can work for the better, and setting myself up as a contractor allows me to work short term contracts to help fill gaps for businesses in need due to my ability to hit the ground running.

• I own the Digital channels for Merlin pass whilst managing one in house graphic designer. Brought in to help define Merlins online brand & strategy. Covering display, PPC, affiliates, CRM, SEO & the website. Managing the budget spend of £250k across. Supported on B2B partnerships, working with Hard Rock & Heinz and other corporate orders. Managing stakeholders in 30 UK attractions. Support the AUS, US & German arms of the business digitally I ran a upgrading email campaign over the space of 3 months. Which saw an increase to our premium product conversion of 26% I run the MAP brand website. Including SEO, UX, content management. With continued testing and monitoring of the site, I make data lead decisions on any development. Tracking all products to ensure they are set up and continually optimised to hit CRO targets. Overhauled MAP brand website customer journey. Making the site more mobile optimised to help lower the bounce rate from the social channels by 18% Creating inspirational blogs to help drive engagement on the site & improve SEO

• I created & executed B2C digital marketing through the channels, display, PPC, paid social & email. Worked on B2B campaign for smaller business telecommunication contracts. Lead on our “recommend a friend” loyalty scheme. Seeing a 24% YoY increase in customers using the scheme. Presenting digital marketing trading plans to relevant stakeholders before each trading period. Managing £1.4m for my channels. Maintaining strategic relationships with media partners including Facebook, Instagram and Google. Working with creative, media and partner agencies. Signing off on the final content. Reviewing and evaluating the performance of digital and social campaigns using online marketing results and web analytics. Providing recommendations for improvements to build maximum awareness, consideration and drive trade. This was also done through an “always on” AB testing

A key part of the Web Trading team, I delivered a great online customer proposition for Home & Seasonal on Tesco Direct and on GHS. I use data to identify opportunities for range and conversion. Within this time I line managed one direct report. Continuously attending management & leadership courses within Tesco to make sure I did the best by them & the team. Rebuilt the Home & Furniture site hierarchy & landing pages to create a more customer friendly shopping journey on Direct. Improvements in bedding alone meant natural views increased from 153k pre change, to 230k views post change. (+50%) Project managed the online journey for Fox & Ivy and Go Cook. Briefing the execution of the brand zones & corresponding customer journey whilst aligning with marketing activity. Working with SEO agency Query Click. I used recommended SEO & data to identify opportunities for keywords to improve search performance and ensure they are used where relevant to optimise the pages. Including the products descriptions to help them optimize organically. Briefing and management of online promotional campaign assets to the wider Tesco marketing team; to ensure all banners are compliant, clear and engaging. Agreeing all keywords within the Home & Seasonal category for PPC.
