Role:
To advise and implement a strategy to improve the scalability of the brand through a digital transformation that will enable increased remote management of the company. This included:
• Facilitating with the creation of the “Digital Transformation vision” – i.e. Clarification of goals What does it mean for the CEO, for each employee, for the business and for the Fashion Industry?
• Process mapping of current end-to-end processes
• SWOT analysis
• Identifying key areas of process improvement and create a strategy for those items
