14 venues mainly across the South of England. The venue operates both Day and Night on the seafront
of Brighton. The area is one of the United Kingdoms most popular tourist destinations so the venue has a
strong peak season with five healthy student based trading nights providing the area a series of very
popular weekly student events. Essentially with minimal budget this was a cost cutting exercise with a
strong focus on P&L, operations, standards, and service.
• A Large Seafront Nightclub and Terrace, The venue has a £50,000 per week turnover with 30+ staff

Elite Hotel Group are a small hotel group consisting of five 4* hotels and four 3* residential Hotels.
The nightclub they owned was a very controversial westernised venue for the Middle East, and catered
for a middle eastern and an expat market combined. Within this role my main focus was developing the venue and returning the brand to the centre of nightlife in the region. My main focus was on events, P&L, and programming, staff visa controls, event visa controls. At the beginning, my undertaking was solely
the night-club, and this developed to re-branding and opening a Waikiki pool bar, and opening an after-
hours members venue.
• Klub360 is a leading three year old venue. Initially taken as a Venue Manager/Consultant this quickly
developed to Club Manager and then Multi Unit Manager.
