• Managed the development and the infrastructure for Contact Centre Framework (CCF), a new .net framework application from Microsoft which was then developed and tailored for the purposes of the Retail Bank. Full budgetary responsibility for the project which was £2.8M.
• Acted as Scrum Master and promoted the use of Agile project management (a first within HBoS), which was used to develop CCF. Received great feedback from the business on the impressive team working environment created using Agile, and the early business benefit which was delivered on the back of it. Daily stand-ups were held, as well as retrospectives. The business requirements were split down so that they could be delivered individually within a two week Sprint. Retrospectives were held after the completion of the Sprint and reviews of the sprint were also held with all the team present to give their views on what went well and what could be improved upon.
