Currently advise and define business strategies for C-Suite Board members. With an emphasis on reframing an organisation's HR strategy within the context of a digital workforce and creating a differentiating capability (not just products/ solutions, includes upskilling talented individuals to create a workforce of the future).

The role involves a multitude of factors such as: identifying strategic automation ambitions, aligning new growth priorities to business strategy, apportioning technological investment across the business and forming a comprehensive digital upskilling programme (workforce remains relevant). With a premise in ensuring organisations become resilient, well poised to navigate effectively through the market uncertainty (whilst maintaining regulatory compliance) and adopting a future-proofed TOM to thrive within Industry 4.0.

I have delivered a number of end to end strategically lead, highly complex, large scale digital transformation programmes utilising emerging tech (cyber security), SAP/ Oracle and Cloud-first technologies. Whilst operating and sitting on a number of boards.

Lastly, I am a thought leader on Innovation (inc. digital transformation, education, wellbeing, purpose, entrepreneurship, leadership, science, arts & travel etc) and work with FTSE 350 accounts to ‘not create an innovation strategy, however to define a business strategy to thrive within the innovation age’.
