With over 20 years' experience in Human Resources and specialised within leading Learning and Development functions for up to 8,000 people. I have led successful Learning and Development functions within several delivered high profile/blue chip organisations many which had a global footprint. Skilled at either working with mature learning organisations or starting from scratch.

• Lead the rationalisation of compliance learning to 5 different business areas within BP, which incorporated circa 15,000 people. Significant risk removed for noncompliance along with benefits realised as a result of streamlining processes and elimination of duplicated learning within BP
• Project managed the implementation of a centralised Learning Management System to 5 key businesses worldwide, circa 15,000 people within BP
• Project Management the implementation of Oracle HRMS into HS2
• Design, Development and implementation of a new Learning Target Operating Model within HS2 and BP
• Provided consultancy advice to HS2 and BP on the 70/20/10 model and how to incorporate innovative learning to each business area
• Leadership role in set up a new Medical Devices Training, Audit and Consultancy Practice within the UK, responsible for the management of all HR/L&D consulting & operational activities. Responsible for revenues in excess of £1M.
• Achieved University Accreditation for a Post Graduate Qualification titled MSc Medical Devices Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Developed innovative delivery methods for learning delivery within the programme.
• Project Management of a Talent Management and performance framework to 6,000 employees within Aviva
• Leadership role in the design, development and delivery of capability frameworks to the Sales, Customer, Supply Chain and Legal areas for circa 6,000 people within Aviva
• Successful delivery of Leadership training and coaching from Director to Manager level of over 50 + programmes
• Leadership role in the Design, Delivery and implementation of Customer, Sales, Operational and Technical Academies incorporating blended learning (Including e-learning) within Aviva
