These two plants, Gasification and Anaerobic Digestion will process household waste for energy and recycling.
This is done by separating the metals and aggregates for recycling and the rest shredded for fuel for the burners. The food waste will be broken down by micro organisms and the gas produced will be used to generate electricity in a gas engine and the solid compound left shall be used as fertiliser.

I had to work with (WPD(Western Power Distribution) for the safe and controlled de enerigisation of the 132KV for essential works on the 132KV transformer, this included cross boundary isolations and documentation. We had to de isolate all systems from 24v to 11KV down stream of the 132KV transformer in a safe manner with switching schedules and RAMS produced and approved by the principle contractor and the clients representative WPS.
