Vantec Europe Limited.
A job role directed towards the planning and logistics of the Rolls-Royce
Technology and Logistics Centre. Directly working with Rolls-Royce for the joint
goal of optimising the warehouse in the most efficient way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning the warehouse using AutoCAD - discovering ways to optimise the limited space.
• April 2019 - Planned 2 week shutdown for Brexit. Moving over 10,000 Boxes
around the warehouse to raise the efficiencies within the warehouse.
• Working on various projects at one time and meeting their deadlines/time
scales.
• Attending many meetings for updates on projects and general planning.
• Producing and delivering presentations to Vantec as well as Rolls-Royce.
• Creating KPI (Key Perfomance Indicator) sheets on Microsoft Excel to analyse
the effectiveness of various sections of the warehouse.
