In this B2B2C role I was fortunate enough to own the full marketing mix for the large partner sales
channel of over 50 partners of varying sizes. I spent lots of time strategising, getting stuck into brand and products to guide the channel of their aims in a quarter. I influenced the 3rd party businesses
to sell O2 products through lots of employee engagement, content creation and digital campaigns,
not afraid to get my hands dirty yet confident to present and converse at the highest and lowest
levels.
During this time I:
● Was responsible for the internal communication to the channel, digital and voice, and through
inspiring communications I increased the newsletter open rate from 19% to 25%, and the click
through rate by 28%.
● Sought out awesome insight and created content to share with the partners to supersize their
marketing plans.
● Developed, designed and delivered monthly and quarterly marketing webinars to share my
plans driving attendance from 45 people to 70 people.
● Project managed an online portal project to time, cost and quality KPIs, creating the content
and digital plan to drive it.
● Owned and managed £250k+ budget and procurement associated with it.
● Managed successful agency relationships and contractor direct report.
