I am the IT manager for a group of Infertility clinics based in the UK, currently there are 9 clinics with 236 staff. I manage a busy IT department of 3 staff, where I am Management / hands on in a 70/30% ratio. Over the past 10 years I have developed, and project managed the upgrade of the entire clinical infrastructure.
Most of the systems applied in this central infrastructure development have been Win Server 2008r2/2012r2/2016, MSSQL, Mitel Voip, Cisco ASA VPN, MS RDS technologies, HyperV, Office 365 and MS AZURE. Currently we are upgrading our Mitel Telephony platform to Cloud based with SIP and transferring our onsite data to Ms Azure.
I work closely with company stakeholders ensuring that expectation and systems are in line with stakeholder requirements. Stakeholders range from admin, nursing through to senior medical staff and Management grades up to Board level.
In addition, I work closely with all our 3rd party suppliers, to ensure contracts are cost effective with adequate SLA's and that all work is completed to the acceptable standard.
