Office Manager: I am covering a maternity leave contract as Office Manager of a successful and growing architectural practice in central London, providing general office management and focusing mainly on finance and HR.

Finance Officer: I am the Finance Officer with a growing innovative company, providing financial analysis, day to day bookkeeping, and management reporting.

Bookkeeping: I assist a number of clients with their bookkeeping and monthly management reports, and liaising with their accountants and/or HMRC and Companies House on their behalf.

Business & Life Coaching/Mentoring: I provide clients with support and coaching for both life and business. Change and Transformation management coaching and mentoring for any size of business in any sector.

Other: I work with various other clients in a range of industries, providing business support and advice, when required.

Public Speaking and Events: I currently speak at medical events and seminars, organised or attended by the British Lung Foundation, and I also deliver talks to University students, relating to the patient experience and self-management of long term conditions. Additionally, I review and contribute to health information publications produced by the British Lung Foundation and sit on their review panel. I am currently researching, networking and developing effective solutions for the medical industry to implement greater emphasis on exercise, nutrition and functional medicine in treatment plans, to be delivered on an individual basis, for all patients, but particularly those with long term or terminal disease.

Project Management Training: I recently worked with a successful PR company, training staff and implementing a project management software process into their business.

In addition to providing new businesses with start-up and business development support, I work with architectural, design and project management companies, providing consultancy and project management services.

Architecture/Project Management: I have a consultancy role as Project Manager/Senior Technician, with an architectural firm which I work with on an ad hoc basis. Covering a broad range of aspects including; design/interior design, conducting surveys and technical assistance, and financial and administrative advice. I also work with several architects and property development companies, providing business advice, assistance with PQQ/tender applications and financial/administrative support.

Project Management: As a freelance Project Management Consultant, for a Specialist Project Management Consultancy business, who provide a comprehensive range of specialist consultancy services to Property, Development & Construction related industries, I have developed further skills and experience managing complex renovation projects.

IT and Design: I am a project manager for several IT based projects, which include web development, animation and IT infrastructure.

Fitness Professional specialising in nutrition and well being. I am a fitness professional teaching a studio based class. In addition, I am also the PR & Event Manager for a fitness company. This role is diverse, in that I am involved in all aspects of the business from administration and finance, to course organisation and Instructor training, event organisation and management, to PR, marketing and media coordination. Business development of this company is one of my main focus areas at present, with 5-10 year plans underway.

Designer
Providing web and graphic design, brand development, illustration and publication documents. Interior design and architectural drawing/render also undertaken. Many services are interlinked with sister company J Irvine Business Services.

Administration Manager
In addition to my Business Consultancy work, I held the position of Administration Manager for a rapidly growing Architectural practice, based in Central London, covering all aspects of business development, office management, human resources, finance and accounting and marketing.

Practice Manager
In addition to my Business Consultancy work, I held the position of Practice Manager for a world renowned, award winning, Architectural practice, based in London. I provided business development, tender and project submissions/applications, resourcing and planning, marketing, human resources, finance and accounting, public relations, design and graphics for publications/website and general office management. It is a busy role which draws on my architectural/design background and many years of business support and development.

Ambassador
I spent a very interesting year as an Ambassador for Twinings, Writing articles, attending events, representing and promoting Twinings. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, gaining me further networking, marketing and writing skills, which ultimately, I have implemented in various other aspects of my business.

Project Assistant
As Project Assistant for Levitt Bernstein Associates, I provided the Landscape Architectural team and Urban Design team with desk top publishing, graphic and presentation support; including tender documentation, design & access documentation and planning documentation; rendering of architectural drawings, marketing material, and also team administrative support. I used various IT packages on a daily basis including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Autocad.

Project Administrator
As a Project Administrator for Gareth Hoskins Architects I covered a varied and diverse role with my main focus on providing administrative/PA support to the Directors and architectural teams, ensuring timely and accurate technical and official documentation, monitoring and creating detailed programme and resource schedules, undertake research on historical sites/ buildings/future development opportunities and current practices, arranging and facilitating meetings, organising travel arrangements, monitoring and processing project finances and budgets, maintaining and updating technical and book library within the practice and the associated databases, creation of presentation documentation, and the monitoring and maintenance of the project filing systems and general administration processes. I also acted as an unofficial IT support resource in software such as Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Indesign, and Microsoft Project. As the Senior Administrator within the firm I conducted training in office procedures/systems and various IT packages on a regular basis.
