An experienced IT Business Analyst / Project Manager with over 20 years of experience.
Over the last 5 years I have been working as a hybrid PM / BA and Applications Manager, duties including data and asset classification, designing and implementing the required controls for GDPR, the annual Disaster Recovery planning and test, plus ensuring that all the requirements for the annual Internal and External SOX Compliance audit were completed.
Coming from a developer background, to compliment my wide technical and business knowledge and experience I have the temperament and communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organisation.
Being able to accurately establish the needs of end users, senior stakeholders and communicating the requirements and changes business wide to the Board. Working with teams through the full SDLC, including requirements gathering right through to business as usual (BAU) final handovers.
